It is Mandetory that all Commercail properties have all their Essentail Safety equipment compliant & up to date according the Australian Standards 1851-2012.
Par3 Fire services maintenance program involves regularly testing and servicing your fire equipment to ensure they are functioning correctly, reach their life expectancy and comply with the relevant Australian Standards.
As part of Par3 Fire Services maintenance program, our experienced technicians:
  • Test fire equipment in accordance with Australian Standards
  • Repair and replace equipment and components where required
  • Record all work carried out and issue a certificate of inspection

Emergency Plan & Chief Warden Training

Par3 Fire Services offer part of workplace Work Health & Safety regulations, Emergency Evacuation plans in place to protect employees, contractors, site visitors and customers. To compliment this we offer on site Chief Warden training. Includes a clear understanding of codes of practice and regulations of Australian Standards & the use of Fire equipment. Emergency management is the organization and management of the resources and responsibilities for dealing with all humanitarian aspects of emergencies (prevention, preparedness, response, mitigation, and recovery). The aim is to prevent and reduce the harmful effects of all hazards, including disasters.
Chief Warden training provides the skills required to ascertain the extent of onsite emergencies and supervise evacuation. In this course, you will gain a thorough understanding of emergency procedures, along with practical drills on controlling workplace emergencies for the safety of persons under your charge. Real Response course instructors utilise enhanced simulation-based training methods tailored to the needs of your building, establishment and personnel, according to your respective policies and procedures, and in accord with government guidelines.

Emergency & Exit Lights / Express Doors & Clear Pathways

Par3 Fire Services comply with the Australian Standards Emergency & Exit Lights 2293.1.2 & 3 Making sure all lights are illuminated at all times and appropriate tests are carried out and rectified if not compliant. Egress Doors & Clear Pathways comply with the Emergency Plan regulation and no door is deadlocked or pathways obstructed.
What are emergency exit lights? Emergency exit lights are designed to guide people to safety during an emergency. Emergency exit lights are a stand-alone system, which means they will stay lit during a power failure. It enables the safe, prompt, and efficient evacuation of spaces and buildings, not only in cases of a blackout caused by a power outage but when sunlight and mains lighting may still be available. Emergency Exit Routes An exit route is a continuous and unobstructed path of exit travel from any point within a workplace to a place of safety. An exit route consists of three parts:
  • Exit access – portion of an exit route that leads to an exit.
  • Exit – portion of an exit route that is generally separated from other areas to provide a protected way of travel to the exit discharge.
  • Exit discharge – part of the exit route that leads directly outside or to a street, walkway, refuge area, public way, or open space with access to the outside.

Electrical Test & Tag

Par3 Fire Services has full accreditation for Electrical Test & Tag also certified to rectify damage cords with new plugs.

Evacuation Plan

Emergency evacuation is the urgent immediate egress or escape of people away from an area that contains an imminent threat, an ongoing threat or a hazard to lives or property. An emergency evacuation plan aims to prepare employees with information that enables them to evacuate a building as quickly and safely as possible. These plans must cover all relevant scenarios of possible emergencies for employees to be sufficiently prepared.
